Centre stones of one carat and above are independently graded by IGI, the International Gemological Institute, on cut, colour, clarity and carat, and the report comes with your ring. Smaller stones are hand selected to our accent standard: colour D, E or F, VS clarity and an Excellent cut, and are not individually graded.
The Ellis is a claw solitaire pear lab grown diamond engagement ring set east west, with a bead set pavé wave band.
- The three claw setting grips the pear centre from above, allowing light to enter from the sides and underneath while keeping the stone secure during daily wear.
- Positioned east west across your finger, the pear sits lower and narrower than a traditional north south setting, creating a streamlined profile that won't catch on fabric or objects.
- Bead set pavé diamonds trace the upper curve of the band in a hand set detail, catching light as the metal flows across your hand.
