The guide
About our round engagement rings
The round brilliant is the most loved diamond shape for good reason. Its facets are cut to return more light than any other shape, giving a bright, lively sparkle that suits every setting and every hand.
Every Amarii round ring is made to order. Choose your setting, from a classic solitaire to a hidden halo, trilogy or toi et moi, then select your round lab grown diamond from our certified collection. Cut has the biggest effect on how a round sparkles, so we recommend an Excellent or Ideal cut. Diamonds of one carat and above come with an IGI report, and every ring ships with complimentary express delivery across Australia.
Questions
Frequently asked
Why is the round brilliant the most popular shape?
It returns more light than any other diamond shape, so it shows the strongest sparkle, and its timeless outline suits every setting style from a minimal solitaire to a halo.
What cut grade should I choose for a round diamond?
Cut has the biggest effect on how a round diamond sparkles. Choose Excellent or Ideal and you can be more flexible on colour and clarity without losing brilliance.
Which setting suits a round diamond?
A claw solitaire shows off the shape and lets in plenty of light, a hidden halo adds sparkle from the side, and a trilogy frames the centre stone with two smaller diamonds.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds, with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as diamonds formed in the earth. The difference is where they grow, not what they are.
Is the diamond certified?
Centre stones of one carat and above are independently graded by IGI, and the report comes with your ring. Smaller stones are hand selected to colour D, E or F, VS clarity and an Excellent cut.
Which diamonds does Amarii offer?
Amarii Curated diamonds are Ideal or Excellent cut, D to F colour and IF to VS2 clarity. You choose the shape and carat, and every stone we offer meets that standard.
How long does an engagement ring take?
Once your design is confirmed, your ring is made to order in three to four weeks, with complimentary express shipping within Australia.
Can I change the design?
Yes. Every design is a starting point. Book a video consultation and we can adjust the setting, band or details, and you approve the CAD before anything is made.
