Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Welcome to Amarii.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Amarii website and to purchases made through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order with Amarii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
These Terms apply to purchases made within Australia.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
1. About Amarii
In these Terms, “Amarii”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Amarii.
“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
Amarii is an Australian online jewellery business specialising in luxury jewellery featuring laboratory-grown diamonds and precious metals.
Our jewellery is available for purchase through our website and, where offered, through consultations arranged with our team.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use the Amarii website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- interfere with the security or operation of the website
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful material
- copy or reproduce website content without our permission; or
- use our website or its content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
We may update, modify, suspend or withdraw any part of our website from time to time, including for maintenance, security or improvements.
We aim to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, occasional errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies may occur.
3. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that our product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other product information are accurate.
However, jewellery is individually crafted and certain variations may occur between product images and the finished piece.
For example:
- colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device
- photographs may be enlarged to show detail
- proportions may appear different depending on photography and lighting
- minor manufacturing tolerances may occur; and
- individual diamonds may have characteristics that differ from other diamonds.
Where a product includes a certified diamond, the applicable certificate relates to the specific diamond supplied with your jewellery.
4. Laboratory-Grown Diamonds
Amarii specialises in jewellery featuring laboratory-grown diamonds.
Laboratory-grown diamonds are diamonds created through a technological process rather than geological formation. They have the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure as naturally occurring diamonds.
Where stated, diamonds supplied by Amarii may be accompanied by an independent grading report or certificate from a recognised gemological laboratory.
The characteristics of an individual diamond, including its colour, clarity, cut, carat weight and measurements, are determined by the applicable grading report.
Amarii does not alter or issue independent diamond grading reports.
Further information about our diamond selection philosophy and standards is available through Amarii Curated™.
5. Product Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Some Amarii jewellery is made to order, while certain pieces may be available for immediate or earlier dispatch.
Where applicable, estimated production timeframes will be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to you.
Production timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the product, design, diamond availability and other circumstances.
If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Jewellery
Many Amarii pieces are created specifically for individual customers.
This may include jewellery involving:
- a particular diamond selected for the customer
- a specific ring size
- customised dimensions
- engraving
- personalised design elements
- bespoke designs; or
- other customer-requested modifications.
Before production begins, we may provide an order confirmation or design details for your review.
You are responsible for checking and confirming the details of your order, including where applicable:
- ring size
- metal
- diamond selection
- engraving
- design specifications; and
- other personalised details.
Once production of a made-to-order or bespoke piece has commenced, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Where a change or cancellation is possible, reasonable costs may apply depending on the stage of production.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Ring Size
You are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing your order.
We recommend obtaining a professional ring measurement before purchasing a fitted piece of jewellery.
Ring-sizing information provided by Amarii is intended as guidance and does not guarantee that a particular size will provide a perfect fit.
If a ring requires resizing after purchase, the availability and cost of resizing will depend on the design, metal, gemstones and amount of adjustment required.
Some designs may have limitations on resizing.
Further information is provided in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Bespoke & Made-to-Order Policy.
8. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Australian Amarii website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include applicable GST.
Prices may change from time to time.
We may correct pricing, product description or other website errors where an obvious error has occurred.
If an order has been placed and is affected by a material pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding with the order and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively
- promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers
- promotional codes may exclude particular products or collections; and
- promotions may have specified start and end dates.
Where a promotion has specific terms, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or withdraw a promotion where it has been incorrectly displayed or applied because of a technical or pricing error.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under applicable consumer law.
10. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for production.
An order will generally be accepted when Amarii confirms that the order is being processed or production has commenced.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error
- payment cannot be processed
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- information required to fulfil the order has not been provided; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
11. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for your purchase.
We may undertake reasonable payment verification and fraud-prevention checks before processing an order.
For high-value purchases, we may contact you to verify order or delivery information before production or dispatch.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Amarii currently delivers within Australia.
Eligible jewellery orders receive complimentary express delivery.
Orders are generally:
- tracked
- sent using an express courier service; and
- delivered with signature required.
Authority to Leave is not permitted for Amarii jewellery orders.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has completed production and has been dispatched. They do not include the time required to make a made-to-order or bespoke piece.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
13. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address when placing your order.
For security reasons, we may not deliver jewellery to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or locations where a secure handover cannot reasonably be completed.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional delivery or redirection costs may apply where permitted by law.
14. Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting your parcel as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.
If the external packaging appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please contact Amarii as soon as possible and retain the packaging.
Where possible, take photographs of the packaging and its condition before opening.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under Australian law.
15. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the circumstances in which Amarii accepts returns, exchanges and refunds.
Because many Amarii pieces are made to order or customised for individual customers, certain products may have different change-of-mind return conditions.
Personalised or bespoke jewellery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where production has commenced, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or these Terms limits your rights where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
16. Australian Consumer Law
Amarii complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
The Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with automatic consumer guarantees when they purchase goods and services. These guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or removed by these Terms.
Depending on the circumstances, consumer guarantees may include that goods:
- are of acceptable quality
- are safe and durable
- match their description
- are fit for a purpose made known to the seller; and
- correspond with any sample or demonstration model.
If an Amarii product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the problem.
Our Lifetime Warranty™ is an additional voluntary warranty and does not replace your statutory rights.
17. Lifetime Warranty
Eligible Amarii jewellery is supported by the Amarii Lifetime Warranty™.
The Lifetime Warranty provides additional protection against genuine manufacturing defects, subject to its terms.
The Lifetime Warranty does not replace or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please refer to the Amarii Lifetime Warranty™ for full details of coverage and exclusions.
18. Jewellery Care
Fine jewellery requires appropriate care and maintenance.
We recommend following the jewellery care information provided by Amarii.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, inappropriate care or unauthorised modification may not be covered by our voluntary Lifetime Warranty.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for further information.

By submitting content to Amarii, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to reproduce, display and use that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

22. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services, advertising platforms and other technology providers.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
Amarii is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites or services.
23. Website Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and accurate website but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend website functionality for maintenance, security, technical updates or other operational reasons.
We may correct errors or inaccuracies in website content, including product descriptions, pricing, availability and specifications.
24. Fraud and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect our customers and business from fraudulent transactions and unauthorised activity.
We may delay, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Where an order is cancelled following payment, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
25. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Amarii is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- natural disasters
- severe weather
- courier or transport disruptions
- government action
- telecommunications or technology failures
- supply chain disruption
- industrial action
- cyber incidents; or
- other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or anticipated.
Where reasonably possible, we will take steps to minimise the impact of such circumstances and keep you informed.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
26. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amarii is not responsible for loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
27. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and handled in accordance with that policy.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website and will include the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations that have already arisen under an accepted order unless required or permitted by law.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your dealings with Amarii will be subject to the applicable courts and tribunals of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under Australian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
