$1,000 Diamond Ring Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Amarii Jewellery, ABN 15 082 113 464 (“Amarii”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9.00am AEDT on 12 October 2026 and closes at 9.00am AEDT on 12 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Amarii, its contractors and immediate family members of those employees. Amarii reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and residency.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the entry form available on the Amarii website during the Promotion Period and provide the information requested. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, illegible or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at Amarii’s discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Amarii Diamond Ring Credit (“Prize”). The Prize may be applied towards the purchase of a lab grown diamond ring from Amarii.
The Prize:
- is valued at AUD $1,000;
- is not redeemable for cash;
- is not transferable;
- cannot be exchanged for another product or service;
- cannot be used to purchase a gift card;
- cannot be combined with any other promotional discount or offer unless otherwise agreed by Amarii; and
- must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.
If the purchase price of the eligible ring exceeds $1,000, the winner is responsible for paying the balance. If the purchase price is less than $1,000, no cash or credit will be provided for the difference.
6. Drawing the Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 19 November 2026 at 6.00pm AEDT in Melbourne. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result, subject to applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner may also be announced on Amarii’s website and/or social media channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Amarii may conduct a further draw to select a replacement winner.
8. Redemption
The Prize must be redeemed directly with Amarii. The winner must provide reasonable identification and any information reasonably required by Amarii to verify their eligibility before the Prize is redeemed. The Prize may only be applied to an eligible lab grown diamond ring purchased directly from Amarii and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
9. No Cash Alternative
The Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
10. Privacy
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Amarii collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and otherwise managing the entrant’s participation, in accordance with Amarii’s Privacy Policy.
As stated on the entry form, entering also subscribes the entrant to emails from Amarii. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect their entry.
11. Disqualification
Amarii reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- provides false or misleading information;
- tampers with the entry process;
- attempts to obtain an unfair advantage; or
- otherwise engages in conduct that Amarii reasonably considers fraudulent or inappropriate.
12. Changes or Cancellation
To the extent permitted by law, Amarii reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise that make this necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through the Amarii website.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Amarii is not responsible for any technical failure, transmission delay, website malfunction or other circumstance beyond its reasonable control that prevents an entry from being received or processed.
14. Acceptance
By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
